Got Gas?

September 18th, 2009

There are plenty of foods that cause gas (Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower are just a few). While gas is not necessarily bad thing, it can be uncomfortable (and unpleasant for your GFs, BFs and BFFs). We “cut the cheese” (who made that up anyway?) when bacteria feeds on fibers that remain undigested in the colon, which in turn produce short chain fatty acids and gas.

Flatulence is the term used when you have excessive gas (more than about 3/4 of a cup a day). Enter Beano, a natural enzyme supplement that can help you prevent gas, bloating, and other digestive problems after eating certain foods. You can find Beano at your local drug store, and it shouln’t cost more than $6.

Gas -> Be no more!
